Our family eats a lot of:  veggies, fruits, whole grains, lean poultry, fish, lean dairy, nuts, seeds, and some goodies too! 

things you won't find here:
a lot of "white" foods (white sugar, white flour)
high fructose corn syrup, trans fats, food colors, and all of the other pretend "foods" you can think of
a family "on a diet"
calories, fat grams, yada...yada...yada
